YASS

Since 2012, Markus and Frank—legends of the underground from KURT, TEN VOLT SHOCK and MAULGRUPPE—have channeled decades of raw energy and creativity into their duo YASS. With a sound that reimagines KRAFTWERK’s precision and hypnotic mechanical monotony through the lens of noise, distortion, and relentless rhythm, YASS delivers a visceral fusion of Post-Punk,Noise, Kraut and irresistibly pulsing Synth loops.

Having toured Europe, the USA, Japan, and Australia since the ’90s, Markus Brengartner and Frank Otto are no strangers to pushing boundaries. Between 2018 and 2023, they collaborated with Jens Rachut in the project MAULGRUPPE, crafting two critically acclaimed albums released on "Major Label".

YASS has created their own entirely unique sound by working with various samplers, loopers, extensive sound and vocal effects, as well as countless plugins. They craft the blue prints for their songs at home on the computer, transforming these intricate soundscapes into live performances. Especially live, this is a one-of-a-kind experience, bursting with energy and precision. The two musicians have over 10 record releases to their name. YASS itself has released three records so far on the former cult label X-Mist Records.

BÖ.SENBERG

Armed with nothing but a drum kit and a stack of effects pedals, BÖ.SENBERG turns minimal rhythms into industrial energy. The solo project of French drummer Vincent Redel (La Colonie de Vacances, ex-Electric Electric), these live sets are a pulsing mix of ’90s techno and percussive power. With over 250 shows across 20 countries over the last 3 years, BÖ.SENBERG is a dance music force of power.
